Serving Jenks, Oklahoma
Located in Tulsa County, between U.S. Route 75 and the Arkansas River, is Jenks, Oklahoma. It was the early part of the 1900s when Jenks was founded.
It would be filled with people on horseback and eventually became an epicenter of commerce with motor vehicles taking their place. The Midland Valley Railroad Company would extend their tracks through Jenks, making it one of their main stops.
Soon after, the oil boom exploded in the area, and the population exploded. When the gold rush of California pulled most of those people away, Jenks was soon populated by Bulgarian farmers, bringing with them a new economy, redirecting the growth progress.
Today, with easy access for commuters, multiple parks, and friendly people, Jenks has that small-town charm that makes it a place where families settle.
