Serving Sapulpa, Oklahoma

Situated in the northeast part of Oklahoma is Sapulpa, the county seat for Creek County. The area is known as the state’s Green Country. Just as much of the Tulsa area, it was the oil boom that helped shape this town, along with the Frisco railroad. Over time, factories and plants would come and transform this sleepy little village that was once in Indian Territory to 20,000 residents to create a bustling community by the mid-1920s. It was during this period that most of downtown Sapulpa was formed as was the work ethic that has passed on even today.

Sapulpa was built by economic pioneers that were dedicated to making this a place to live, and today, with more than 120 manufacturers of diverse industries, that pioneer spirit lives on. Today, it is a middle-class population that is keeping that spirit, along with a sense of community and pride.
